Does someone know how to fix slow usb in Virtualbox

Hello fellow Linux users, I have one problem in Virtual box usb is very slow, and I can not get it normal, does someone know how to fix it? I could not find information how to fix it.

As readed in bug reports its as slow as usb 1.0
